Here are some warm tips when using dash cam.
Keeping Saying Sd Card Full
1. Format your new sd card on the dash cam when first use. We suggest using class 10 high speed micro sd card, no more than 32 GB.(SD Card NOT Included!)
2. Please do remember to close parking monitoring and motion detection function when you're driving on the road.(if not,these two functions trigger the captured locked videos which can't be overwrite. If it shows card full,you need to format the card.)
3. If the G-sensor is set to high level, it is easy to lock file and make the Micro SD card full,so suggested set to low, safe enough and recommended to format your SD Card monthly.
4. If keep saying " insert C6 and above sd card", it may because the sd card is not compatible to dash cam. Some sd card on the market is false sd card. Please try a new sd card.
5. Dash cam has a built-in battery which only for emergency lock（only last 15-20 mins）. External power is need while using.Please keep plug car charger into car cigarette lighter.
