Open Box Return , Scratch and Dent Condition
Breckenridge Select fireboxes feature a tall, deep stage for the log set, yet have compact outer dimensions and a low-profile top and bottom. The visual effect is a lot more fireplace with less of the firebox face showing. The Breckenridge Select has no lower louvers, allowing it to be installed at floor level, yet still provides the benefit of a recirculating firebox with optional blower. The low floor height allows installation at or near floor level, for a natural, integrated look that creates the illusion of a site-built fireplace - at a fraction of the cost. Framing Height 38 7/8", Framing Width 44 3/8", Framing Depth 23 3/8". Firebrick not included, Logs and and burner sold separately.

SHIPPING POLICY
We utilize USPS, UPS and Federal Express for cost-effectiveness when product size permits. Travel times for UPS and FedEx range from 3-5 business days.
For items shipped through UPS or FedEx, signatures are not generally required upon delivery. Often, the driver will make that choice and you may want to leave a note stating a signature is not necessary. For business deliveries, signatures may be required.
We use commercial carriers (truck) for larger pieces, fragile items, and multiple-piece orders to reduce shipping costs. A carrier representative will call to schedule delivery and someone will need to be present to accept the package(s). If you do not accept the phone calls of these freight carriers to schedule an appointment the carrier will be forced to return the freight.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
