    Description

Set of FOUR hub stands.  Comes with one set of adapter plates of your choice.  Extra adapter plates can be ordered from the below link.  Two toe bars are included per set.  Stands will work on everything from as small as 4 x 100mm to as large as 5 x 130mm, and also less common patterns such as 6 x 115mm and everything in between.
UHMW bottom plate so it will easily slide across the scale surface as the suspension relaxes.  The main body is constructed from 1" thick MIC 6 aluminum for the ultimate in flatness.  Single pc construction so there is no stack up of error.  Back of hub stand locates directly onto hub surface and is located and held in place via the adapter plates which are constructed of 3/8" thick 6061-T6.  Each stand is rated for up to 1500 lbs each for a total of 6000 lbs of capacity.  Toe bars are made from 3/4" MIC 6 aluminum to insure straightness over it's 35" length.  A convenient tape measure slot is cut into each toe bar for easy one person measurement.
Toe bars are cut from 3/4" MIC 6 aluminum to insure their straightness over their 35" length.  Convenient tape measure slot cut in the end of each bar to allow easy one person measurement.  We recommend the use of a chain / belt alignment line laser tool to check the thrust angle of the rear of the car.  Profi line laser L-CAT is a good one (generally 5-130).  With this you can project the surface of the rear hub stands forward to ensure they are centered within the front wheels.
Works best with wheel studs due to our design. If not, we recommend your wheel bolt be a min of 1.375" long from the base of the chamfer, or show at least 1.375 of threads on the stud from the hub flange. Standard adapter plates are not countersunk but we can do that to allow the use of shorter bolts for an additional fee.
Stands alloy you easy access to the suspension to easily adjust corner weights, and ride height.  Just make sure your sway bars are disconnected during your balancing process and try to have at least one link with and adjustable length.  Stands will remove any inaccuracies due to unevenly worn tires for the most accurate corner weights.  Once you remove the weight from the suspension to make your adjustments the built in UHMW slide bars allow the stands to slide across the scale surface when lowering the vehicle back onto the scales for measurement again.  Also allows you to adjust Toe, Camber front and rear more easily by having better overall access to the suspension overall.
Additional adapter plates can be purchased here www.
