This is a unique system developed by INTERCOMP for the Military and for Commercial operators. This is the military version. This system combines accurate rolling (no need to stop vehicles, they can roll continuously) measurement of vehicles with LiDAR laser dimensional measuring as well. The system can continuously catalog vehicles as they roll through the remotely setup road. This system eliminates the manual process of measuring each vehicle one by one as it continuously keeps a log as the vehicles pass though. The system can be operated with just scales and/or just laser dimension if desired. All the components are enclosed into a steel cabinet which organizes and maintains all the equipment safely. The cabinet also has a water proof cover. The system is designed to be moved by forklift, hoist or it can be converted for use with wheels.
Each scale is capable of 20K lbs of weight. These are the highest end scales Intercomp makes. The laser measuring system is made for Intercomp by LINK systems and is considered the best in the world. The system includes the road panels which provide a rolling surface for the vehicles to pass over. The lasers have two aluminum towers which locate them to measure the dimensions of the vehicles as they pass by. The system is tied into a hardened military spec control box which is run by a Mil-Spec hardened toughbook laptop. The control box has two printers inside as well. One printer is hard wired to the laptop and the other is wireless to pass a receipt to the drivers as they roll through the system. The box runs on 110V and powers all the devices. All cables are mill-spec waterproof type. The system includes an Intercomp easy-up canopy as well.
Some uses of this system:
Loading cargo aircraft - Simply roll each vehicle down the road as they are loaded and at the end a load sheet is produced for the manifest.
Loading cargo trucks - Roll cargo down the road on carts or other rolling devices and the TAR is removed and a maifiest is produced.
Checking loads - Roll vehicles to verify loading limits.
Checking dimensions - Roll vehicles thru the system to verify dimensions will fit properly.
Race track - Roll all cars through the system coming off the track (no need to stop, very fast), and backup vehicle with a laser image as well as it's weight.
This system can be broken up if either function is not needed. This system was well over 0K and is the best of the best. All manuals are included.

We have all the manuals and in PDF form for the LiDAR, complete system, printers and laptop.
Programs were booted up and function.
The system has been fired up and all functions work properly to the extent we could test them.
We also have a copy of the award letter for these units
The item will require truck freight. We will deliver to local freight terminal to help reduce cost.
Dimensions are approximately 8'/6'/5' and the weights is roughly 4500lbs.
We will help with shipping arrangements and have access for loading.
This can be transported on a flat bed truck as well.
