This is a modular refractory fireplace made in Italy. It is meant to be built into an opening for an existing masonry fireplace.
A few key points:
The fireplace is NOT UL-listed. It will need to observe clearances for a "site-built appliance" or simply an un-certified fireplace. If you are in doubt how this works please show this page first to your building inspector, installer, and / or insurance company.
The fireplace is put together with refractory mortar, not supplied with it.
The "arm" attachment is for warming up food!
There is a removable ash tray on the floor and a decorative insert on the back - both from cast iron.
Chimney connection is 8", you can also connect it to a 6" chimney by using a reducer, please make sure you or your installer know how to do this before you order.

The fireplace arrives on a freight truck, with liftgate if going to residence. Someone needs to be home to sign for it. Delivery is to driveway only or nearest accessible ground (curb, garage etc).
You are also welcome to pick up the fireplace from our warehouse in Kearny, NJ. In this case we offer a 0 discount. If you are picking up please email us prior to making the purchase. Paypal is not accepted for local pick up.
